​Thanks for that info. Based on your measurements, I would recommend trying the 12 C/D and doing a small bust adjustment (you can find a tutorial for that here: https://mellysews.com/how-to-do-a-bust-adjustment/), plus a narrow shoulder adjustment. There's a good amount of negative ease built into the bust area of the Appleton, so you could even try a muslin without the small bust adjustment and see how you like the fit.
